OUR MISSION
At Revival Salon Recycling, we believe beauty shouldn't come at the expense of our planet. After all we live here, don't we? Our mission is simple but powerful: to help salons reduce their environmental footprint by making it easy, affordable, and impactful by offering REAL solutions to recycling the waste generated behind the chair.

Revival Salon Recycling was born out of a passion for both the beauty industry and environmental stewardship. Being salon professionals ourselves, we've seen firsthand how much waste is created in the name of beauty. Instead of accepting this as a cost of doing business, we decided to do something about it.

Inspired by the concept of revival, we set out to empower salons to care not only for their clients, but for the Earth too. We dream of a beauty industry where sustainability is standard, not special! Imagine a world where salons are leaders in environmental responsibility and local change. Every foil...every bottle...every step matters - and together, we're reviving the planet one salon at a time.
OUR OWNER
My name is Courtney Pinkstaff.
Being behind the chair for 12 years, I loved making women feel beautiful. What an empowering position to be in! However, I couldn't ignore what I was seeing all around me: overflowing trash cans filled with perfectly recyclable material. (SO. MUCH. WASTE.) As someone who cares deeply about health, stewardship, and doing good with the gifts that God gave me, I felt a deep responsibility to do more. After months of research on general recycling practices and sustainable salon practices, I was shocked and saddened by what I COULDN'T find. That's when I knew I had to be a part of the change in the salon industry. It started with a burden in my heart and became my mission. This is more than creating a service - it's a calling.
